Miguel J Alejandro is a Procurement & Supply Chain Manager, managing the source and procurement of solar modules, inverters, batteries, BOS components, and electrical materials in line with project specifications and budgets. I oversee supplier evaluation, contract negotiation, inventory control, and logistics to ensure timely and cost-efficient delivery to project sites.

Ricardo Herrera manages the planning and execution of major projects at Radiant Grid Energy. With years of hands on experience in project coordination and delivery, he ensures projects are completed efficiently, safely, and on schedule. Ricardo is known for his practical leadership style and his ability to align teams, resources, and timelines to achieve successful outcomes.

David Friedrich is a Grid Integration Engineer at Radiant Grid Energy, focused on ensuring that renewable systems work seamlessly with the power grid.
