Clifford Jr. Larry Harrell founded Radiant Grid Energy in 2010 with a vision to deliver reliable and sustainable energy solutions. After helping build the company’s foundation and growth, he became Chief Executive Officer in 2016.

As CEO, he leads the company’s strategic direction, partnerships, and long-term expansion. His leadership has helped strengthen Radiant Grid Energy’s position in the energy sector through innovation, operational excellence, and a commitment to sustainable growth.

Amy Anderson oversees Radiant Grid Energy’s technology strategy and technical operations. With extensive experience in the energy and infrastructure space, she has spent years working closely with complex systems, emerging technologies, and scalable solutions. Amy plays a key role in driving innovation, ensuring system reliability, and aligning technology with the company’s mission for efficient and resilient energy delivery.

David Friedrich is a Grid Integration Engineer at Radiant Grid Energy, focused on ensuring that renewable systems work seamlessly with the power grid. He analyzes, tests, and optimizes connections between new energy projects and existing infrastructure, helping the company deliver reliable, stable, and efficient energy solutions. David’s work ensures that each project not only meets technical standards but performs smoothly in real-world conditions.

Michelle leads the financial management and planning functions at Radiant Grid Energy. Gary Sorensen oversees daily operations, ensuring projects are executed efficiently from planning through completion. Michael Williams oversees the company’s day to day operations and internal infrastructure at Radiant Grid Energy. With extensive experience in process optimization and organizational management, they ensure operational workflows are streamlined, safe, and aligned with business goals. Michael is recognized for their strategic oversight and ability to coordinate cross-functional teams to support scalable growth and project execution.

Christopher Bowles serves as Senior Project Manager at Radiant Grid Energy, leading the planning and delivery of energy and utility infrastructure projects that support a modern, reliable power grid. He oversees multidisciplinary teams to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and within budget.
